Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparing and analyzing financial reports (balance sheet, income statements, cash flow)
• Oversee general ledger activities
• Reconcile multiple accounts
• Lead the charge in month-end close
• Preparing journal entries
• Assist in financial reporting and cost accounting
• Assist in forecasting and budget preparation
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes
• Work closely with leadership team to ensure success of the department
• Ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance
• 2-3 years of accounting experience
• Full understanding of GAAP principles
• Excellent communication skills necessary to support team
